Cancellation Policy

Zeniott Music Studios – Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Deposit Requirement All recording sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and cleared. Time is not held without payment. 2. Remaining Balance The remaining 50% balance is due at the end of the session. Final audio files are delivered only after full payment has been received. 3. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If proper notice is given, your deposit may be applied to a new date within 14 days. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit. No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit. 5. Late Arrivals Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the booked time. 6. Professional Conduct Zeniott Music Studios operates on a structured schedule to ensure fairness to all artists. Respect for time, equipment, and personnel is required at all times. 7. Agreement By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
